The Report of the Visitation Panel (2007), chaired by Sir John Daniel, is a
good begining. Report does a good job on internal goverance. However, it
is not nearly strong on oversight by government, funding by government,
and absolute requirement for a Master Planning to guide and fund capital
improvements and facilities. The question for Prof Tagoe is this: What have
you done lately, sir? (See Section 3.3.5). Read Report.

if The Bank will focuse on Accountability and Transparency. After all, it does
not make sense to lose over 12% of assets meant for communities to
crooks in government. Not really, if you are truly interested in helping to
banish poverty in Ghana and Sub-Sahara Africa (SSA)! Does it?

for healthcare staffing in the rich countries. It is outdated and it is not
original. The new model has middle-income and other “smart” developing

Sam Jonah ought to be asking the government and private industry to fund
