7 APR 18: A FTOS-GH/PSA Diaspora Executive Council's critical review found misapplication of
Ghana's royalty collection regime and aggravating loss of "royalty" oil revenues to Ghana
totalling $136,300,000 during 2007-2016. But there is more. The FTOS-Gh Campaign in Ghana
filed a "Whistle Blower" complaint 2 Apr 18 under Act 720 with the Ghana Revenue Authority
(GRA) for lost "royalties" and additional unpaid taxes totalling $902.45M during the same period.
